What are your shipping details?

We offer
- Free shipping for all our products.
- We ship same day if ordered before 12 pm.
- Our logistics partners are Bluedart Express, Delhivery Limited, Amazon Shipping, and Indiapost

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Yes, just reply to us in the order confirmation email.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available for any order?

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, you will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship same day if ordered before 12 pm.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship on the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm. We ship on the next working day if the order is placed after 12 pm.

From there, shipping times are dependent upon location. Check out our shipping page for more information on when to expect your package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Kraftinn, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

Do you offer fast shipping?

Presently, we do not offer fast shipping. We try to deliver in 3-4 days in metro cities. 4-6 days for other parts of the country.

How do you package your products?

We use bubble wrap for internal packaging and 5 ply Corrugated Packaging (Made of 100 GSM 45BF kraft top liner) for outer packaging. You can trust that your order will reach you safely.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are on us, no questions asked within 7 days of delivery.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at cust.care@kraftinn.com mentioning the OrderID.

We don't accept returns on storage items. We will provide replacements in case of transit damage.

What is your exchange policy

We provide replacement to only items that are damaged in transit.
If you select a replacement, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the replacement will instead default to a refund.


Is there a fee for returning?

Returns are on us.

How long does it take to process a return?

We process the return within 2 working days.

When will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund upon the first carrier scan. Please note, that it can take 5-6 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send a photo to our Customer Care Team at cust.care@kraftinn.com and include your order number so we can take a closer look and help with a solution!

Can I ship my items back on my own accord?

Yes, but only use the return label provided by us. If the return is not made using one of our labels, we do not assume responsibility if it is lost in transit.

My item was damaged out of the 7 day return/exchange window, what should I do?

Send us a picture anyway at cust.care@kraftinn.com

Unfortunately, normal wear and tear would not warrant a replacement or refund, but if it is deemed a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, we can look into it!

Can I get my refund on another account?

No. For security reasons, we are authorised to do a refund only via the payment method used.

Payment Options

What payment options do you accept?

Kraftinn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay Cards, and Diners Club. We also accept UPI, Netbanking, EMI, Wallet, and Buy Now Pay Later.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupee (INR).

Money has been deducted from my account but I did not get an order confirmation. What do I do?

Sometimes due to technical failure from the bank, it happens. Please be assured that your money will be refunded automatically within 5-7 minutes. To be on the safer side, please drop an email to cust.care@kraftinn.com and we will take it from there.

Do you offer gift wrapping services for orders?

Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services at no extra cost. Simply leave a note during the checkout or reply to the order confirmation email with gift wrapping details.

Can I order in bulk for corporate gifting?

Do you offer customization options for corporate gifting?

While we don't customize the designs, we can add corporate logos to our products for minor customization.

What type of products do you sell?

We sell a variety of home decor products including lamps, home storage and more to help you create a stylish and cosy home.

We also sell bags, notebooks, planners, desktop trays, MacBook sleeves and other office products to help you make a strong sustainability statement in your workspace.

How do I clean my lamps?

Wipe with a dry cloth. In case of stains, wipe with a damp cloth and let it sun dry.
