Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations:

There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made, You can get in touch with delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days

Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Returns:

At Kraftinn, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. We allow refund without return of products for 14 days after delivery in all the following cases:

    - Product is defective, used, altered or seal of package is broken
    - Physical damage to the box or to the product
    - The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
    - Significantly different from the specifications mentioned.

We might ask for photographic proof in some rare cases if our fraud detection team requires so.

In case of returns due to other reasons that is not mentioned above, we allow full refund after receiving the product back in undamaged condition.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.

You can conveniently place your return request by filling up the Return Form.

Post receiving your request, Our Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the return process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Kraftinn and cannot be contested.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return request is accepted by us, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS.

Shipping:

Logistics charges for returns will have to be paid by the Customer.
